The SMS ONE app is a powerful tool used by our network of affiliates to efficiently manage work orders and streamline the onsite validation process. Integrated with the SMS One Affiliate Portal, this application facilitates real-time communication and enhances work order visibility between affiliates, their home offices, crews, and SMS Assist. The SMS ONE app greatly improves workflow for both affiliate field technicians and administrators in the following ways:

• Allows affiliate administrators to remotely monitor and manage work order information from one centralized location.
• Eliminates back-office costs and paperwork associated with each work order.
• Captures before and after pictures using the photo feature to ensure every service is completed to the highest satisfaction.
• The GPS-enabled functionality reduces check-in and check-out time for technicians to under one minute.
• Includes a simple messaging service that connects technicians with SMS Assist, minimizing the need for time-consuming follow-up calls.
• Provides easy map directions to each job site for added convenience.
